Are there any restrictions on participation in the regional project?
If You meet the requirements for one of the participant categories of the regional project, there are no additional restrictions. If You cannot determine which specific category applies to You, please contact us and describe Your personal situation.
How many family members may a project participant have?
There is no limit on the number of family members. The project participant's children and spouse are recognized as family members. In certain cases, parents or guardians may also be recognized as family members.
What are Your working hours?
We are available on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. In addition, our 24-hour hotline is available at all times. You may leave a message by phone at any time, and we will call You back.
